At House of Anansi Press, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
